Recruitment 101
We accept students of all majors and grade levels who are passionate about food, agriculture, and venture capital.
Here’s how recruitment works:
-
Connect one-on-one with analysts and directors in a casual manner before recruitment begins. Coffee chats are a chance to learn more about GV by asking questions about projects, recruiting, or anything else you’re curious about in an informal setting.
-
Get a closer look at what being part of Grub Ventures actually involves. We’ll walk through our semester-long client projects, the analyst experience, and our application process, while giving you the opportunity to meet members of GV and hear about their experiences firsthand.
-
Help us understand how you think, what you care about, and what you would bring to the team. Our application includes your resume and a short research essay designed to give us a sense of your curiosity and ability to approach questions thoughtfully.
-
Show us how you think and collaborate beyond what’s on your resume. Interviews combine behavioral and technical questions to better understand your experiences, problem-solving approach, and interest in food and agriculture. We’ll share more information beforehand so you know what to expect.
